From our manufacturing facility in Darlaston, West Midlands, Regent provides metal presswork using mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 700 tonnes, large metal and steel fabrication capability, welding, mechanical assembly and engineering design and development.
Alongside subcontract manufacturing, Regent designs and manufactures its own range of engineered products, including the FloorStak modular support and levelling system for temporary structures and specialist applications.

Mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 700 tonnes provide substantial metal presswork capability, with coil-fed and manual-feed production available according to component and programme requirements.
Regent’s presswork capability covers low and medium carbon steels, high-strength steels, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper for suitable components and applications.
Presswork can be supported by robotic and manual MIG and TIG welding, projection welding, riveting, drilling, tapping, milling, grinding and linishing. This allows individual metal pressings and stamped components to progress into more complete manufactured assemblies.

Regent’s combination of metal presswork, steel fabrication, welding and mechanical assembly allows customers to source individual components or more complete engineered assemblies.

Regent Engineering’s location in Darlaston places the business at the heart of the West Midlands manufacturing supply chain. From this UK manufacturing base, Regent supports customers requiring metal pressings, metal stampings, presswork, steel fabrication and welded assemblies.
For presswork requirements, Regent operates mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacities up to 700 tonnes. Both coil-fed and manually fed production are available, with capability across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous engineering materials.
For larger fabricated products, Regent manufactures metal and steel fabrications up to 4 tonnes. Fabrication capability is supported by cutting, drilling, abrasive dressing, manual MIG and TIG welding and robotic laser welding capability.
