We are pleased to announce that we have formally joined Made in the Midlands.  The group’s aim is to promote manufacturing in the West Midlands and Regent are proud to be a part of such an excellent idea.  It has over 200 members and is constantly growing.  It holds its Annual Awards ceremony on the 21st October 2011.

New investment to streamline design process

A previous user of 2d design software we have taken the step forward and have entered a new dimension. We have recently invested in SolidWorks 3D CAD software to streamline our existing design process.

Coupled with presswork and welded assembles expertise we can offer a high quality service for those who require additional advice in making design considerations to their components.

Receiver for Springbolt

We have now added a compatible receiver for the springbolt.

A new receiver bracket to go in conjunction with the springbolt has been recently added to the product range. It can be used where a heavy duty hasp is needed, such as on the back of a trailer or on a gate.

We have now added a comprehensive range of flat and formed baseplates for structural and lighting applications.

A new collection of steel baseplates has now been added to our product range.  Sizes available from 150x150x3 mm up to 500x500x30 mm and are available in different steel grades.  We can provide additional features to the baseplates to your specification ranging from fixing holes to raised centres we can also provide a corrosion resistant coating to the baseplates.



New 700 Tonne Press

Hydraulic forming capacity increased with new investment.

We have added new forming capacity to our range of services, with the addition of a 700 Tonne capacity forming press. Initially the press will be used for forming thick plate products (up to 15mm thick Mild Steel) for Construction Industry products. Further anticipated applications include the forming of high strength materials for vehicle and aerospace industry products.
